We are committed to providing a safe and professional environment for all guests and staff. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual remarks or advances, will result in immediate termination of the service. Full charges will apply.
Health & Liability
Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy prior to your treatment. We are not responsible for any complications arising from undisclosed conditions.
Payment & CV Fee Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations, including single bookings. Please note that a 3% processing fee (CV charge) will be applied to all credit card payments.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time, and the full-service fee will still apply.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included. If you enjoyed your experience, a 20% tip is customary and greatly appreciated.
